I speak at conferences, facilitate transformational leadership development programmes, cascade coaching skills for leaders, offer support and challenge leaders with Executive coaching, catalyse growth within teams during away days or through regular team coaching. I also provide certification and train-the-trainer in Motivational Mapping, Neuro-agility profiling, Coaching Skills for managers, and a suite of Leadership effectiveness training modules. I'm passionate about the future of leadership, optimising relationships and communication, building talent, and soft skills for sceptical technical leaders!
