Raimo is a very humble guy so I’m going to tell you a little bit about this special man.
Since joining Avant Tecno UK, Raimo has built up the team, transformed the culture, developed a new progressive way of doing business and created a highly successful growth business.
Raimo has a heart of gold and continually looks to improve all around him, whether it’s helping a friend build a tree-house (which apparently the Finnish are good at!), supporting a team member through a tough personal time or considering a commercial proposal from all the stakeholders’ perspectives.
Raimo is a loyal Norwich City Football Club supporter and a sponsor and you will always see him in the stands cheering on the Canaries, Pukki especially, irrespective of their performance or result.
Raimo has had his share of personal challenges and has dedicated his total being to learn to live with and where possible to overcome them.
Having Raimo in my life has filled me with a sense of calm and optimism, and for that alone, he’s a Winner to me.
