Jennifer Morris
Jennie trained as an Occupational & Organisational Psychologist and her international career as an HR Executive and now a coach spans over 25 years. Jennie has led every aspect of the People, Organisation and Culture agenda and has particular passion and skill in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion as well as leadership development. As the founder of Pedwar Consulting, Jennie works with senior executives and HR professionals to deliver breakthrough thinking and outcomes. Jennie has 4 children at school and lives in North West England. She is a qualified yacht skipper and is currently learning British Sign Language.
Jo Wright
Jo is an Executive Coach specialising in organisational effectiveness, team and individual performance with a passion for leadership and personal possibility. She started her career in retail and worked with Diageo for 17 years in a range of HR roles including strategic talent, business partnership, resourcing, leadership and organisational development. Jo was MD for 2 boutique search firms and Group HR Director for Belron International Ltd before launching JWC Consultancy in 2012. Jo works with a wide range of clients in multi-nationals and smaller organisations across multiple industries. Jo’s success is underpinned by a strong commercial mindset, total belief in the power and possibility of human beings. Jo has a blended family with 5 young adults who provide challenge and joy in equal measure! Jo gives a significant amount of her time to coaching young people with their career plans and developing their self-awareness.
